Developing the Profile for Inclusive Teacher Professional Learning: Implementing the Teacher Professional Learning for Inclusion Phase 2 methodology

Phase 2 of the Teacher Professional Learning for Inclusion (TPL4I) activity revisited the Agency’s 2012 Profile of Inclusive Teachers to consider its relevance and use for all education professionals. This resulted in the 2022 Profile for Inclusive Teacher Professional Learning.

To close the TPL4I activity, this report looks back on the Phase 2 activities. These included a conceptual working paper, a country survey, a country cluster activity and a final analysis and synthesis. The report explains the methods applied in developing the Profile for Inclusive Teacher Professional Learning, which took a participatory approach. Finally, it lists all the Phase 2 outputs and sets out the operational definitions used in the TPL4I activity.
